Many members of staff have training to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and we use the latest training facilities and the most up-to-date technology to strengthen their skills. Training and development are an ongoing part of working for and within Bonney Care services. Our management team is also made up of graduate and post graduate practitioners within the health, social and community work field.
Our Supported Living services at Tigers and Victoria Park also benefits from having a dedicated and experienced support staff, providing 24-hour care. Our domiciliary care services benefits from a high-level care team with NVQ 3, NHS Passport training programme and other latest training and development programmes that staff must undertake as part of ongoing training as well as to meet mandatory training needs requirements.
Our teams are focused on establishing a rapport with our service users while making them feel cared for and protected as they would be in any other quality setting.
The Care Quality Commission’s inspectors rated our support services as ‘Good’ overall, which puts us within the 78% of all the organisations they inspect.
We are always looking for staff members to join our ever growing team and you can either apply for a position or register on our talent bank on Our Jobs, for all our staff a DBS check, 2 written references from previous employers, PIN checks for nurses where applicable, work permit verification, evidence of recent training, as well as various competency assessments for the role for which being applied for. Staff receive on-going supervision and we regularly ask for feedback from our clients.
